A construction cost estimating firm had a plethora of construction data to estimate the cost of building various projects.
Together, we built an industry solution, DHARAMetrics, to aid in real-time budget setting of large construction projects anywhere in the world across any industry.​
Yervana - an outdoor adventure platform wanted to better understand the customer journey. We developed an application that tracked the customer journey from marketing to the cash register which was leveraged for marketing purposes by destination marketing organizations across Canada.

Mining Data Collection App
A mining company was misdirecting valuable ore into the waste area due to data translation issues between systems and an archaic paper process. We built an application that embedded on a scanner, capturing drill hole sampling data and matching it to the planned drill holes and lab results saving hundreds of hours in manual data entry and millions in additional gold extraction annually.
Commodities Trade App
A physical commodities trading company wanted a custom application to automate their contract approval, shipping and physical delivery workflow. We designed and executed a custom application that ensured a seamless deal to shipping application eliminating the need for hundreds of reconciliation hours and millions in contractual and workflow errors.

Data Movement Automation
Upon implementing a new ERP, a large organization had cloud based tools containing data that needed to be automatically transferred to the ERP in order to perform weekly journal entries. The process was a manual, time consuming data manipulation exercise prone to errors. We worked with the client to automate the end to end process eliminating all human intervention and manual data errors.
Company Wide Data Program
A publicly traded organization wanted accuracy and standardized reporting across it's multi-national operation. Together, we discovered 150+ metrics to be extracted across hundreds of systems and consolidated in one central repository. We built a suite of extraction, storage and analytics solutions that are leveraged by thousands of employees globally.
Sales Funnel Automation
Upon implementing a large CRM tool, the licensing costs were much greater than the benefit derived from the tool. We created a custom application that provided sales data input capabilities, reporting and time entry for less than the annual licensing cost of the CRM. The tool is currently used globally across 150+ staff.
